Are you taking the real estate licensing exam in West Virginia? Did you know there are two portions to the licensing exam?

1) National Portion
2) State Portion

If you do a quick search for resources to prep for this, you will find a LOT of textbooks, all geared toward the national portion. Why? Because authors and publishers can sell more nationally. It's just that simple. The problem, though, is where do you get the state content? I'll be fully transparent on how you could get that info...  you could:

1) download the actual law code from the West Virginia Real Estate Commissions website and read it. All in its legal verbiage and, at times, hard-to-decipher jargon meant for lawyers.

2) You can hope your class goes over it, if they even know how to break down that hard to decipher jargon meant for lawyers.
or

3) You could be sure of every word of that state portion of testing by reading it in easy-to-understand concepts and plain English and having the most up-to-date, dedicated textbook on the subject matter—constantly updated when the commission updates its code. The West Virginia Real Estate Law Code Bible is the missing resource the big publishers never made because they couldn't profit. Spruce took that challenge because we want you to pass the state portion. You can now access that textbook—the West Virginia Real Estate Law Code Bible.

If you want to pass the state portion of the two part licensing exam there's no reason to pay the testing center for repeated attempts. Learn the state portion in an easy to read manner. Save yourself time, money, and frustration.
