The student discount is for students enrolled at Spruce School of Real Estate. This discount provides the level of care we would like and expect in life for the students who have invested in Spruce already. It ONLY applies to Spruce Students.

Each student is permitted ONE ebook download. It installs on ONE device and must be used on an Adobe Editions reader. Using an Adobe Edition compatible reader is due to security and us maintaining control of sharing this product. Here is a list of Adobe-compatible e-reader software for your PC or reading device. Again, you can only install the book on ONE device, so install this reader software on the device from which you plan to read your ebook. Once the book opens on that device, it cannot be transferred, and an entirely new ebook purchase is required to move it, so think it out beforehand.
